General Provisions

IDKU Lab Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") values the protection of personal information of members using Seyo Guide and related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") and always strives to protect the personal information of members. The Company complies with all personal information protection-related laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Information and Communications 2 Network Act"), as well as notices, ordinances, instructions, and guidelines enacted by national institutions. This Privacy Policy applies to members using the Company's Services and informs them how and for what purposes the personal information provided by members is used, and what measures the Company is taking to protect personal information. In addition, it serves as a means to guarantee the "right to self-determination regarding personal information" of members by stipulating the rights and obligations between the Company and members regarding personal information

Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information

The Company collects the minimum personal information necessary for the establishment and performance of the service use contract by lawful and fair means, and provides information on consent to the collection and use of personal information during membership registration to collect personally identifiable information of users. If a member clicks the 'Agree' button, it is considered that the member has agreed to the collection and use of personal information.

Items and Scope of Personal Information Collected and Collection Method

The personal information that the Company collects from members at the time of membership registration for service provision and contract performance, such as membership registration, consultation, and service application, is as follows:

• When registering through SNS, email, name, date of birth, age, gender, profile picture, identification token, and membership number (limited to SNS linked members) are collected, and if the member's date of birth is a child under the age of 14, legal representative information (legal representative's name, date of birth, gender, duplicate subscription confirmation information (DI), mobile phone number) is additionally collected.

The personal information collected from users during the service use process is as follows:

1. If a member wishes to use a paid service, the Company may collect the following information necessary for payment at the time of payment:

   • Payment method owner information (name), card information, mobile phone number, landline phone number, transaction ID issued for each payment, payment product code

2. If a member participates in an event or promotion, the Company may collect the following information:

• Name, email address, mobile phone number, address, date of birth

1. For age-based content and product use/purchase restrictions and prevention of fraudulent use of services, identity verification is performed and name, date of birth, gender, domestic/foreign nationality, mobile phone number, linkage information (CI), and duplicate verification information (DI) may be collected.
2. When refunding in cash, the account holder name, bank name, account number, and relationship verification documents (if necessary) may be collected.
3. When inquiring to the customer center, information such as email address, mobile phone number, name, date of birth, and payment information may be collected for accurate guidance.
4. For the purpose of providing customized recommendation services to members, behavioral information such as information of services used, access time, and frequency, which cannot identify users, may be collected.

The following information may be generated and collected during the service use process:

1. PC: PC MacAddress, PC specification information, browser information, other program version information used when using the service
2. Mobile phone (smartphone) & mobile devices with smart OS (Tablet PC, etc.): model name, device-specific unique number (UDID, IMEI, etc.), OS information, mobile carrier, Google/Apple advertising ID
3. Other information: service use (suspension) history, access log, cookie, access IP information
